• We offer intentional teaching of God’s word at every age level through age-appropriate interactive Bible lessons, praise and worship, dramatic play, games, and activities. We acknowledge and understand the importance of teaching kids’ Biblical truths.

  • We desire to equip families to engage in discipleship at home, not just in classrooms on Sunday morning. We partner in a few ways!

    1. Children of all age levels learn a catechism song and memory verse each month, which parents can practice with their children at home.

    2. After service is over, each week parents can also pick up Take Home Cards that will help them follow up with their kids about what was discussed in Charis Kids.

    3. We host Parent Forums once a semester to discuss relevant topics within family discipleship.

    4. Once a year, we host a Parent’s Night Out to serve parents and give them a night of fellowship with spouses and friends!

  • We hold your child’s safety in the highest regard. Volunteers have all completed a criminal background check, walked through safety procedures, met with the Charis Kids Director, and completed shadowing and training.

  • We want to care for your children well! To do that, make sure to let us know if your child had any allergy needs, medical needs, or special needs in the New Family Form.

We want to accommodate your family in any way we can.

In Charis Kids we desire to intentionally partner with homes in the discipleship process from birth to college.
Mission Statement
But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.
— 2 Timothy 3:14-17

Belong

In Charis Kids we hope for each child to build relationships with peers and believing adults as they learn about Jesus.

Believe

In early childhood we desire to see children become acquainted with Scripture, then as they reach elementary age, that they learn Biblical truth and come to firmly believe in Jesus as their Savior.

Become

Lastly, we desire to see children become like Jesus as they are trained in righteousness and equipped for every good work, to live their life as a disciple of Jesus!
