The mission of Charis Community Church is to love people out of the love we’ve experienced from God.  We believe our church exists as much for the Bloomington-Normal community as it does for us, and that the individual members of Charis should be missionaries in every aspect of their lives. This causes us to always look for meaningful ways to serve and bless those around us by meeting both physical and spiritual needs, just like Jesus did.  Below are some of the ways we are currently serving our community and are hoping to serve in the future.

• “Grace Watch” - Babysitting ministry       

Along with our local mission to Bloomington-Normal, we intend to extend our outreach by partnering with other missionaries and churches who desire to spread the gospel of Jesus.  This includes encouraging, funding, and praying for others who desire to make the goodness of God known to people everywhere.  As we continue to grow as a church and in relationship with others, we invite you to be on mission with us!
